Morocco Global Travel comes with two types of online payment.
1. Paypal
2. Credit Card (or bank transfer)
Morocco Global Travel offers clients the option to make payments through secure online payment platforms operated by authorized third-party payment service providers.
All online transactions are processed through encrypted communication protocols (SSL) and comply with applicable international security standards. Morocco Global Travel does not store full credit or debit card details on its servers.
By submitting payment details through our website or via an approved secure payment link, the client confirms that they are legally authorized to use the selected payment method and authorizes Morocco Global Travel to charge the agreed amount for the booked services. The client further confirms that all billing information provided is accurate and complete.
A booking shall only be considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed and written confirmation has been issued by Morocco Global Travel. Automatic payment acknowledgments or receipts do not constitute final booking confirmation unless explicitly stated.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated without prior written communication with Morocco Global Travel, the Agency reserves the right to suspend or cancel the related booking. The client may be held responsible for any administrative, banking, or legal costs arising from unjustified disputes. Morocco Global Travel reserves the right to submit booking agreements, communications, and supporting documentation to financial institutions for dispute resolution purposes.
Morocco Global Travel shall not be held liable for payment failures or delays resulting from technical malfunctions of third-party payment gateways, banking system interruptions, internet connectivity issues, or inaccurate information entered by the client. Clients are advised to contact their financial institution in the event of declined transactions.
Where online payments are processed in a currency different from the client’s account currency, any exchange rate differences or conversion fees imposed by the issuing bank shall be borne solely by the client.
Morocco Global Travel remains committed to ensuring secure, transparent, and professionally managed online payment procedures in accordance with applicable laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Morocco Global Travel may allow clients to complete payments through offline methods, including bank transfer or cash payment, subject to prior written agreement.
For payments made via bank transfer, the client shall ensure that the full invoiced amount is transferred to the designated bank account of Morocco Global Travel. All bank charges, transfer fees, intermediary bank deductions, and currency conversion costs shall be borne exclusively by the client. The Agency must receive the total agreed amount net of any deductions.
Proof of transfer must be provided by the client upon execution of the payment. A booking shall only be considered confirmed once the transferred funds have been received and verified by Morocco Global Travel.
Where cash payment is permitted, such payment shall be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cash payments must comply with applicable Moroccan financial regulations and may be subject to legal limits imposed by national monetary laws.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without further notice. Morocco Global Travel shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, international transfer processing times, or incorrect payment details provided by the client.
Morocco Global Travel reserves the right to refuse offline payment methods in certain circumstances, including but not limited to late bookings, high-value transactions, or compliance and fraud prevention requirements.
All offline payments are subject to the governing laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Morocco.
