Cancellation Policy

Morocco Global Travel understands that travel arrangements may need to be modified or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. This Cancellation Policy sets forth the legally binding terms governing cancellations, modifications, refunds, and related matters concerning bookings made with Morocco Global Travel.

By confirming a booking with Morocco Global Travel, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. General Conditions

1.1 All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

1.2 The effective date of cancellation shall be the date on which Morocco Global Travel receives written notification.

1.3 Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within a reasonable period following confirmation of eligibility. Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment providers.

1.4 Any applicable bank transfer fees, transaction charges, or currency exchange differences shall be borne by the client.


2. Cancellation by the Client

The following cancellation fees apply to all tours and services unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

  • 30 days or more before the scheduled tour start date:
    90% of the total tour price shall be refunded.
  • 15 to 29 days before the scheduled tour start date:
    50% of the total tour price shall be refunded.
  • Less than 15 days before the scheduled tour start date:
    No refund shall be issued (100% cancellation fee applies).
  • No-show or voluntary early departure from the tour:
    No refund shall be issued.

Refund calculations are based on the total confirmed booking amount.


3. Changes to Bookings by the Client

3.1 Minor Changes

Minor changes (including but not limited to date adjustments or correction of participant details) may be accommodated subject to operational feasibility.

  • Requests made 30 days or more before the tour start date may be subject to an administrative fee.
  • Requests made less than 30 days before the tour start date may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and cancellation fees may apply in accordance with Section 2.

Approval of changes is not guaranteed and remains subject to availability of services.


3.2 Major Changes

Major changes (including significant itinerary alterations, reduction of tour duration, or substantial modification of confirmed services) shall be considered a cancellation of the original booking and the creation of a new booking.

In such cases, cancellation fees outlined in Section 2 shall apply.


4. Cancellation by Morocco Global Travel

Morocco Global Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour or service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Political instability
  • Government restrictions
  • Insufficient minimum participant numbers
  • Force Majeure events
  • Any event rendering performance impossible or unsafe

In such cases, clients shall be offered one of the following remedies:

a) A full refund of payments made directly to Morocco Global Travel;
b) An alternative tour of comparable value, subject to availability;
c) A travel credit valid for future use within a specified period.

Morocco Global Travel shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to:

  • Non-refundable flights
  • Visa expenses
  • Travel insurance costs
  • Additional accommodation arrangements
  • Personal incidental expenses

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation and interruption.


5. Force Majeure

Morocco Global Travel shall not be deemed in breach of contract or liable for failure to perform any obligation if such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, governmental restrictions, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.


6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from or related to this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
